We also focus on teaching our students how to back a truck in the real world. We will not teach any student anything on the backing range that isn’t applicable in the real world. It’s much easier and much less expensive to teach formulas or cheats that only work to help them pass the backing test. We don’t feel it’s fair to do that to a student. When that person gets out in the field, they don’t have a clue how to really back a truck and often end up backing into something they shouldn’t have.
